WearEver Deluxe Aluminum Hi-Back Backpack Chair

At first, when I took it out of the packaging I thought, "This chair looks to low to the ground. It definitely isn't 10+ inches." Well, even though I am still not sure if it is 10 inches high, I have to say it is one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in.

I went hiking with it and found a beautiful prairie in the middle of some trees. I had used the chair to carry my food, books, MP3 player & headphones, and drink bottle. I opened the chair without much difficulty and was soon engrossed in a book. I actually fell asleep without meaning to, the chair was so comfortable. The height didn't affect my comfort level at all.

The "knapsack" made a little too much noise while I was hiking (like clanking), but I bet I could have made it quieter by using cloth strategically. It was comfortable on my back, too. The space it created was big enough to carry a great many things. All in all, it is a wonderful hiking companion.

Dog Backpack Saddle Gear Bag Easy Fit for Dogs New (colors vary)

I bought two of these to use on hiking trips with my boxer and malamute. They're not bad packs, they have a lot of adjustable straps up top so you can fit it properly even on a barrel chested boxer. However, they only have one strap under the belly which makes the pack less stable, and in my boxer's case, rubbed up against his front legs and chaffed. This same strap also tends to loosen during a hike meaning later when that same boxer decided to be a little silly and rollover the pack shifted some in addition to him getting his leg caught in the loosened strap. This pack just isn't built for more than a walk around town.

High Sierra Jackknife Pack

Product Description
Pure attitude. Pure performance. The Jackknife is built for style, comfort and convenience for any lifestyle. Stow loads of cargo with a large front-load main compartment and easy-access top-load center compartment. Use the CD/MP3 player pocket with molded headphone port to stay in tune. A deluxe organizer with zippered mesh pocket, pen pockets and removable key fob keeps your possessions in order. With molded front panel detail, ribbed grip handle, monster hook and side zippered pockets that open to hold a water bottle. Padded back for added comfort.

I bought this bag after buying 2 or 3 cheaper bags that only lasted me a couple or 3 months before the stitching started to unravel, or the zippers got hung up in threading. I've had this one for 6 months now and am very pleased with it. I take it to work with me every day, I can carry my lunch and gym clothes in it, it fits in the trunk of my motorcycle, and holds everything neatly, with plenty of room. If this one ever wears out, I'll surely get another. It's definitely worth the price.

JanSport Hemi Wheeled Daypack

My son has been using this bag for about 18 months, since he was in 4th grade. He was lugging heavy books, flute, lunch bag. It is a sturdy bag, do not bother to buy those cheap $20 or under rolling backpack, you get what you pay for! Invest in this one and it will last for a couple of school years. We couldn't be happier with it.

Maxxum Swiss Gear by Wenger Notebook Backpack Blue

This backpack is amazing! My boyfriend has the red and I have the blue. They are sturdy, hold everything we need for class, work, and light travel needs. Lots of pockets. Nice to look at. Not hard on my back and I'm really petite. Heavy duty enough for him and he's big and carries all type of equipment and books. We love our backpacks!

Mobile Edge Express Backpack-Black-MEBPE2

I bought this bag last december when I purchased my HP Livestrong Laptop. The bag is not one of the best out there. You can get much better bags from competitors (Targus etc) with better feature sets. As I am a student, the bag has not withstood the rigours of my student life and already the seems are bursting on the side exposing the low quality workmanship.

The padding at the back is nice though especially when I am biking around. The side pockets on the outside are nice as you can store the power supply, PDAs etc in them so that they do not scratch the laptop or books inside.

Overall, it is not worth the price you pay for it. I would rather buy something better next time around for the same price.

SYNERGY from SwissGear by Wenger Computer Backpack

I was looking for the perfect bag to carry my books and laptop at college, and this is it! It's got a ton of pockets including room for a 15.4" laptop that straps securely in a padded pocket. Even with the laptop in the bag you can fit books and notebooks with no problem. I also carry around my AC adapter and a car charger with no worries. It's got a hard shell on the bottom of the bag to protect your computer from damage if it's dropped. You couldn't ask for more!

Targus CVR600 15.4 Groove Notebook Backpack

This is a review for the 17" slip case. This has a great padding on it that's durable and good looking. It holds the computer perfectly, and with a slight bulge, a power cord and block will fit in the front pocket with lots of other cables and electronics. Great value for a great product. Also has a wonderful document area by the laptop area.

Teton Sports Fox 75+10L Internal Frame Backpack (Red)

This is a great backback for the price. Not the lightest pack for the capacity (which is decent) but not overly heavy (and cheap - I think I paid about $60). I found it very comfortable for a 4 days grand canyon trip. I did not like the side pockets - not very accessible and wierd shape that precluded putting water bottle in them. Overall a good pack.

Teton Bookbag Backpack

Great small backpack for day to day use

I ride transit daily to and from work and bought this to replace an old backpack which was starting to wear out.

This is not a huge backpack, and I have larger ones I take to the grocery store for large loads but this more than adequately totes the daily junk I need to transport. I successfully managed to fit a large widescreen laptop in it but nothing any larger would be a decent fit. Hold a six pack and a few convenience items for that quick convenience store stop on the way home.

There are two large main pockets which if combined would probably give you more capacity but it does a nice job of giving you a space for your newspaper in one while giving the cargo space for a laptop, light jacket or whatever else you need in the other. The front pocket has places for pens and you can organize aspirin, tissues or other daily need items in there without it getting terribly cluttered. There is one really small pocket on top of this which I have not found too much use for but might be handy for something (if you can fit your hand in there).

The straps are very comfortable and most impressive about this bag. The suspension strap seems to help a bit with heavier loads but mostly I like the comfortable padding which has a breathable fabric to help keep you from getting sweaty under the straps which was often a problem for me with my old backpack.

I would definitely recommend this over some of the more popular and well known bags such as JanSport. The cost is much less and the quality is excellent.
